Opening Day at Caroline’s is May 17 at 3:30PM for Buck a Shuck with the fabulous Sarah Burrill, followed by dinner 5-10PM. On occasion, bad weather necessitates our closing the kitchen at 9PM. When in doubt, kindly call us to confirm our status. Conversely, we often keep cooking past 10PM and are always happy to take call ahead orders from folks on the road traveling our way.
Saturday, Sunday and Monday we will open at 12 for lunch, add Buck a Shuck in at 3:30, with dinner taking center stage at 5PM. Oh, and Sarah Burrill will be back Monday at 3:30PM to start the week off right! Going forward, we will be closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays and open Thursdays through Mondays, until high season when we will be open seven days a week.
